Abstract
Objective: In this study, it was aimed to show that the use of vacuum assisted wound closure (VAC) in patients with Fournier's gangrene reduces the length of stay in the hospital.
Material and Methods: This is a retrospective study, and it was created by examining the information of 78 patients diagnosed with Fournier's gangrene, who applied to our hospital between 1 June 2019 and 31 January 2022, from the hospital registry system.
