Abstract
Ultrasound (USÇ) examinations were performed to evaluate fetal anomalies in a high-risk population of 20 cases during pregnancy. Three of teh fetuses had abnorınal sonograms were:hydrops, one case; skeletal abnorınalities, one case iniencephaly, one case, ali of them were diagnosed antenatally, but in one case fetal microcephaly was not detected(false-negative). The outcome of rutinsonography( R-USG) in three cases were false negative (cadual regression malforınation, cloverleaf skull, split-hand anomaly).
