Abstract

Although the term `evacuation ` implies the fastest, the safest and the shortest way of leaving from  endangered object, place or situation   for people, animals and material properties, it is not always the case. Many objects, because of their own properties are very hard for evacuation even if all of safeguards were realized.  Particularly hard for evacuation are high buildings and other high objects with lot of humans inside. There are many reasons for that, but, one is particularly important and that is human`s behavior under stress and panic situations. Even beside all of safety measurements, education, training, it is almost impossible to predict someone`s behavior under stress or panic situation and that can have great influence on complete evacuation in sense of decrease evacuation possibilities, complete impossibility of evacuation, much longer time needed for evacuation, potential human victims and similar. This is always very important and open task that can always have a better solution. This paper has been written to show the importance of all factors analyze and usage of all available resources for as much as possible prediction of evacuation situations development and protection of human lives and material properties.
