Abstract
Subject. This article analyzes the features of the strategic planning system in Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a methodology for assessing the implementation of priorities in the field of national security.
Methods. For the study, I used the integrated analysis methods.
Results. The article presents formulas for calculating integral indicators of the implementation of policies aimed at the development of human potential.
Conclusions. Integrated analysis helps identify growth zones and vulnerability zones in the area of public administration under study and contributes to improving the quality of strategic planning.
