Partnership of the State and business as a basis for achieving real technological sovereignty of Russia under current economic sanctions

Abstract

Subject. The article considers issues of strengthening the scientific and production potential of Russia. Objectives. The purpose is to compare the capabilities of Russian economic sectors from the perspective of replacing foreign high-tech products with Russian analogues. Methods. The study employs general scientific methods. Results. We offer measures that will ensure advanced technological development of Russia. The study determined that in the Russian market the share of domestic products should reach 70%. Conclusions. To ensure Russia's technological sovereignty, it is necessary to focus on overcoming dependence on imports in those industries where this dependence is most critical for the economy.
