We have read with great interest the research article by Gundoglu and Kılavuz, titled 'Factors Associated with Health Literacy and Diabetes Burden, and the Relationship Between Health Literacy and Diabetes Burden in Elderly Individuals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,' published in the first issue of your journal in 2023 (1). We would like to express our appreciation to the authors and the editorial board for this insightful and informative article.
