Abstract
Sequence ofq-Bleimann, Butzer, and Hahn operators which is based on a continuously differentiable functionτonR+, withτ0=0,infτ'x≥1, has been considered. Uniform approximation by such a sequence has been studied and degree of approximation by the operators has been obtained. Moreover, shape preserving properties of the sequence of operators have been investigated.
