With AI's capacity for extensive data collection and analysis, privacy risks escalate, highlighting the necessity for transparent and ethical data practices. Through examining case studies and regulatory responses, the article underscores the critical role of decentralized AI platforms and robust legal frameworks in ensuring privacy. It advocates for a collaborative effort among stakeholders to balance AI's benefits against privacy rights, aiming for a future where AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, with a steadfast commitment to upholding individual privacy and dignity.
