Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the most significant technological
advancements in recent years. Simply described, the Internet of Things is a mechanism
in which all individuals, companies, and devices are linked to each other over a
network segment to continually exchange data without the need for human
participation, completely stirring up business. Because of these technologies, tracking
efficiency has never been easier. Communication tools, wearable computing gadgets,
trackers, and other technologies have had a greater impact on business and everyday
life than ever before. In order to respond to technological advancements, executives are
emphasizing the use of IoT, and human resource management is not exempted. HR
managers utilize IoT to gather relevant information about some major components like
future workers, as well as improve performance evaluation, recruitment, training and
development, and employee engagement. This paper aims to give an overview of the
implementation of IoT in HRM. From the evolution of a mobile job seeker to the
incorporation of microchips to manage staff, the expanding nature of the Internet of
Things (IoT) affects the way human resources function in companies as well as the way
businesses operate.
