Abstract
It is easier to direct efforts and marketing plans, a defined segment. In addition to clear their needs and expectations. Research on consumers are certainly defined by enterprises, whose research objectives are directed towards the achievement of information, enabling the organization identify and develop strategies that will achieve their development and success in the markets. In the present investigation carried out in the sector of services that are provided by Center for recreation, inhabitants of mean ages of 8 to 45 in the city of Dolores Hidalgo, Gto. Investigate, prinicpalmente the following points: what are the recreation centers that are more visited?, what are the main reasons to attend these places?, what kind of activity is the most demanded in entertainment centers? and you what features looking for consumers to attend the recreation centers. With the purpose of identifying a profile of needs and tastes in residents who serve as indicators to have companies that are dedicated to providing recreation services, tools and relevant information for designing strategic marketing plans. Also help to improve the health conditions of the population.
