Abstract

The high tension developed by the instrumentalists in certain muscle groups during the instrumental practice, together with the high frequency of recurrence in certain movements, constitutes, among other things, one of the main risk of injury. The importance of this study is to present the consequences of the physical effort that involves the fact of playing an instrument, and for long hours to practice, since students relate the discomfort does not always mean, or are sufficiently important to affect the way of playing. It aims to design a proposal for a protocol of physiotherapy care for the implementation of the same, it starts with the purpose of providing a tool that serves as information students specifically to the area of ropes, as a method of prevention, in order to aid in their daily practice activities and suggest timely attention to all your needs.
