Abstract
A case report of unilateral condylar hyperplasia left side, with asymmetry of the face, presenting Angles Class III subdivision malocclusion has been treated conservatively by using skeletal anchorage mechanics and a minimal surgical approach. The article highlights the diagnosis, clinical considerations, and treatment mechanics involved in the successful management of unilateral condylar hyperplasia.
