Structured decision tables

Abstract

A set of notational conventions and definitions are introduced to supplement traditional decision table documentation. The resulting decision tables can more easily and effectively present the functional structure of the process being documented, can extend the applicability of decision tables to a broader scope of process documentation situations, and can enhance the advantages of the use of decision tables over other documentation techniques.
