Standardized expression of rate-state relations

Abstract

It is unlikely that the Workshop will get far towards drawing up detailed standards in only two days, so priorities need to be considered. I believe first priority should be given to the parts of the language(s) concerned with defining the model and second priority to the parts concerned with running it, although these parts too are important.
