Abstract
The increasing needs of high-speed networks have been limited by sending and receiving ends. Provision of network QoS guarantees necessitates appropriate support in the end systems, includes extensions to the communication subsystem and the underlying operating system. This paper focuses on the design of an implementation on new network architecture. It describes the designing approach on the user-level network architecture to guarantee network throughput,realize efficient data packet scheduling to ensure proper processing precedence,and use emulation way to ensure current thread's execution,reduce context switching overheads, which solve the problem of network QoS guarantee and priority inversion problem. Experiment shows that the new network outperforms traditional network greatly.
