Abstract
Attention has been focused recently on programs in Computer Graphics within the general Computer Science Curriculum. A successful graduate program in the Department of Computer and Information Science at The Ohio State University is outlined. Facilities and laboratories, courses, and staffing are discussed. Particular attention is given to a software environment, called EDGE (Educational and Development Graphics Environment) which is central to the success of the courses in the curriculum.
