Abstract
A group of students and a faculty member (N.V.F.) have been studying various aspects of decision making under uncertainty and risk over the past few years [1-5]. The vehicle of our investigations has been the game of Poker. One of the projects we are interested in is how a computer consultant could be created for Poker, which has the following properties:(i) it should need minimum syntactic and semantic analysis to "understand" questions from a naive user;(ii) the preparation and input of a new knowledge base should be easy and high level;(iii) the answers given by it should be syntactically correct and the right ones.
