Abstract
Power Operators have been proposed in several papers but have only been implemented in STSC's experimental "NARS". An overview is given of these proposals and implementations. Two forms of a restricted simulation by a defined operator are discussed, the first form incorporating an explicit loop, and the second form applying the execute function (♠). Efficiency in cpu time are compared and it is concluded -- once more -- that "Loops are Harmful".
