Abstract

The federal project “Creation of a single digital circuit in healthcare based on a unified state healthcare information system” should be fully implemented by December 31, 2024. Achieving the priority goals of optimizing the work of medical organizations, including increasing accessibility and reducing the waiting time for medical care for citizens in remote settlements, is impossible without the widespread introduction of information technologies. Practical aspects related to the organization and legal support of improving the IT equipment of medical institutions are considered, including not only the features of the legal regime of IT facilities belonging to medical institutions on the right of operational management, but also mechanisms that allow a medical institution to ensure the safety of such high-tech equipment.
