Efficiency of business process management in the agro-industrial complex

Abstract

The formed diversified economy of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory is characterized by the presence of large and medium-sized agricultural organizations, farms, various forms of ownership, many of which achieve high production efficiency. The article deals with the problems of development of the agro-industrial complex of the Stavropol Territory, the formation of effective organizational and economic relations, active state support for the agro-industrial complex. The analysis of the state of material and technical equipment of farms was carried out, a high wear and tear of machinery and equipment, a shortage of fertilizers and other working capital were established, the dynamics and the general regional structure of agricultural production, focused on the growth of gross harvests of grain and industrial crops, were revealed.
