Abstract

The article deals with the organization of primary cost accounting and output in dairy and beef cattle breeding. Proposals are recommended for the formation of a workflow schedule based on the technological connections of departments and types of production in cattle breeding. Methods for rationing material and biological costs, qualimetric quality assessment and its reflection in primary documents for accounting for output are proposed.
