Marketing analysis in forming the development strategy of Agricultural Companies

Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of methodological approaches to the analysis of the marketing activities of agricultural companies. The concept of the company’s marketing strategy, stages and methods of conducting marketing analysis are proposed. Based on the conducted marketing analysis of Karat JSC, a marketing strategy has been proposed to achieve competitive advantages in marketing. The results obtained can be used to formulate a marketing strategy, make management decisions and justify business plans.
