Abstract
Agriculture is the most important industry for the Russian economy. Cooperation between agricultural producers and regional wholesale distribution organizations can increase the competitiveness of agricultural organizations and increase their profitability. In order to obtain a positive effect of interaction between the parties, it is necessary to establish an uninterrupted movement of goods between the manufacturer, distributor and end consumer. This is possible when building a successfully functioning transport logistics system. Transport logistics is an integral link in the production-distribution-sale chain and performs a key role — delivery of raw materials, materials and goods to the destination. The article considers transport logistics from the perspective of using it as a tool that increases the competitiveness of agricultural producers in interaction with trade organizations of regional wholesale distribution. The conducted research makes it possible to identify the role of istribution companies in increasing the investment attractiveness of the agro-industrial complex for domestic and foreign investors and to characterize the methods of regulation of the logistics industry, and their impact on the development of logistics in general. In order to build the optimal functioning of logistics processes, it is necessary to consider methods of regulating transport logistics. The difficulty is that one of them is the regulatory method. This is due to the dynamic development of legislative processes, which in turn rely on the existing situation in the country and the world and optimize regulations according to emerging events. The system of methods of regulation of transport logistics considered in the article allows us to clearly reflect the existing links of control of the industry. The subject of the study is the methods of regulating transport logistics, which influence the interaction of agricultural organizations with regional wholesale distributors and the implementation of their activities in general. The scientific novelty lies in the identification and research of methods for regulating transport logistics.
