The effect of obtaining the workpiece and its accuracy on the quality of the resulting part

Abstract

This article describes the effect of the method of obtaining the workpiece on the quality of the part. The method of pressure treatment was considered in more detail. Its positive and negative sides are revealed, as well as its most important indicators affecting the workpiece. Using the example of the «Pneumatic valve body» part, the preparation of the workpiece and the effect of the method of obtaining the workpiece on the quality and accuracy of the part are shown in detail. The criteria and characteristics of the workpiece are also listed with the calculation of the necessary parameters. The research is carried out at the Department of «Mechanical Engineering Technologies» of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University
