Abstract

The paper presents the results of theoretical analysis and experimental studies of power loads acting on the plates of a rotary-plate machine in order to significantly reduce power loads and drive power. Experimental studies of prototypes of RPMs with magnetic pressing of plates, performed according to the method of G. N. Trunov, have shown significant possibilities for reducing the friction of plates on the cylinder, as well as the possibility of using machines with significantly reduced drive power values. A series of micromachines for different rotor diameters are being created using magnetic squeezing devices, which makes it possible to significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of these micromachines, increase their efficiency and outline prospects for further research on improving the designs of RPMs.
