Abstract
The article presents the analysis and differential diagnosis of Gilbert's syndrome and chronic viral hepatitis C. A retrospective analysis of 44 case histories of patients who were treated in hospital for Gilbert's syndrome and chronic viral hepatitis C. 25% of patients had Gilbert's syndrome, 75% had chronic viral hepatitis C. When analyzing the complaints, it was found that most of the patients did not notice any symptoms of the disease. Jaundice syndrome and hepatomegaly in the absence of complaints in patients make differential diagnosis and diagnosis difficult. The correct diagnosis depends on a comprehensive assessment of clinical manifestations and data from additional examination methods.
