Abstract

Modern society is characterized by a system of well-established legal values that are designed to regulate the behavior of all individuals in society. In accordance with such a social order, it is assumed that throughout life a person will steadily observe certain behavioral norms, for the violation of which sanctions are imposed. During the period of primary and secondary socialization, each member of society receives information about the norms and scripts inherent in each specific situation, as well as about punishment for their violation: formal and informal (for example, public censure, reprimand, etc.). Along with this, behavior that does not fit into the context of the publicly accessible is recognized as destructive. The article presents an overview of the available sources covering this problem.
