Abstract
The article discusses the quality of medical care and its standardization, standards for accreditation of the quality of medical care, and approaches to the concept of patient satisfaction. The analysis of sociological studies conducted in different countries was carried out in order to identify the socio-demographic characteristics of the impact on the satisfaction indicator. The key determinants of patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care were identified.
