Abstract

The author of the article analyzes the condition of the investment-andconstruction projects cost management in the domestic practice. The review of the current legislation in the field of construction production and project management is made. The problems, affecting the quality of the investment-and-construction project cost management in the domestic practice are revealed and recommendations on their solution are offered.
