Abstract

The issue of imperfection of the basic-and-index method of pricing in construction and its insolvency in the modern Russian conditions is considered in the article. The comparative analysis of the methods of pricing is carried out, the measures of transformation of the Russian system of pricing in construction in 2016–2021, as well as the programme of transition to the resource method in 2022–2030 are considered.
