Abstract

Since the 1980s, numerous attempts have been made to create a universal scale capable of predicting the risk of developing cerebral angiospasm (CA) in patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms based on computed tomography data. In this article, we tried to systematize the available data on the most important predictive classifications of CA development and conduct a historical excursion into their creation.
