Abstract

The treatment of vestibulocochlear neurinoma is an urgent problem in modern medicine and neurosurgery. In the surgical tactics of neurinoma treatment, various surgical accesses are applied. The article presents a comparative analysis of surgical accesses in such pathology, based on modern literature.
