Abstract
The article examines the issues of digitalization as an integral part of the development of modern business organizations; analyzes models explaining the causes and consequences of the impact of digital transformation on the labor activity of personnel. The attention is focused on the role of digitalization in the problem field of employee motivation, the necessity of developing recommendations for the introduction of digital technologies into the business processes of organizations is substantiated.
