Abstract
The article provides modern views on the classification of allergic skin diseases. Clinical,
microbiological, and mycological studies of patients with allergic dermatoses contributed to the development of a clinical working classification of allergic skin diseases, taking into account the microbiome of the body’s biosubstrates. A clinical classification of bacterial, fungal and mixed-bacterial sensitization is proposed, taking into account the identification of opportunistic microorganisms.
