Abstract
The article is based on the materials of the analytical bulletin of the Center for Monitoring and Analysis of Social and Labor Conflicts of the Saint Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions. In the coming 2021, the social and labor situation in the Russian Federation and the conflict potential in the labor sphere continue to be formed under the influence of the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the unstable global and domestic economic situation. The article presents statistical data on social and labor conflicts, the state of labor markets in single-industry towns, the introduction of lockdowns, and strike events. Based on the analysis of the changes in the social and labor sphere taking place in the country in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, the author makes a forecast of further changes in social and labor relations in the country.
