Abstract

Summary In an exploratory analysis of the phase II CAPTIVATE study, previously untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia with a higher-risk feature of immune globulin heavy chain variable (IGHV) unmutated status, del(17p), and/or TP53 mutation had similar efficacy and safety outcomes compared with patients without a higher-risk feature when treated with fixed-duration ibrutinib and venetoclax.
