Historical and legal formation of transnational corporations for the development of human capital

Abstract

At the present stage of the development of the world economy - the stage of globalization-a decisive role is played by transnational corporations, which become leading trading enterprises, investors, distributors of modern technologies, scientific and technological progress, stimulators of international labor migration. Transnational corporations laid the foundation for the interdependent economic activity of different countries of the world, and subsequently became the basis of the global economy. Today, transnational corporations are not only the main actors of the world, but also an important part of the national economy, whose role is increasing every year. Therefore, the formation of powerful transnational corporations capable of adequately responding to external influences and actively developing international economic ties should become one of the priorities for the development of national business structures.
