Abstract

Objective: This measurement process's objectives were to evaluate results and pinpoint supply chain regions in need of development.   Theoretical Framework: This study focuses on supply chain management theory, specifically the Supply Chain Operations Reference for Digital Standard (SCOR-DS).   Method: To provide comprehensive picture in this study, all supply chain processes were mapped and their performance was assessed using the Supply Chain Operation Reference for Digital Standard (SCOR-DS) Model 12.0 technique. To ensure that the study is able to produce reliable data, the data was gathered through field surveys and interviews conducted with company managers involved in supply chain processes.   Results and Discussion: The findings revealed that the supply chain performance analysis for three actor in sustainable supply chain, based on various performance metrics, According to the SCOR-DS data, the good threshold for the industry performance qualities is 91,073, while the performance of farmers and distributors was classified as Average and good with final scores of 64,827 and 71,638 respectively.   Research Implications: Based on the identified issues, the research put forth four recommendations for improvement, drawing upon the best practices of the SCOR-DS model. Implication for this research is these recommendations encompassed enhancing manufacturing reliability, reducing batch sizes, implementing the Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) technique, and adopting a make-to-order fulfillment strategy.   Originality/Value: This study contributes the enhancement of supply chain management theory by providing novel perspective by using SCOR-DS technique as performance measurement.
