Abstract
Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze the process of discovery and exploration of entrepreneurial opportunities in the company Netshoes, based on the 4i Organizational Learning Model model.
Theoretical Framework: In this topic, the main concepts and theories that underpin the research are presented. The concepts of entrepreneurial opportunities and the 4i Organizational Learning Model stand out.
Method: The methodology adopted for this research comprises qualitative research and a single case study. Data were collected by reading the book 'Sem Limites' and analyzed using the 4i Organizational Learning Model.
Results and Discussion: The results obtained revealed that the process of discovering and exploring entrepreneurial opportunities comprises the phases of intuition, interpretation, integration and institutionalization.
Research Implications: In the field of entrepreneurship, research can use the 4i Organizational Learning Model to analyze the process of discovering and exploring entrepreneurial opportunities.
Originality/Value: This study contributes to the literature by discussing the concept of entrepreneurial opportunities and showing a theory to analyze the process of discovering and exploiting opportunities. The relevance and value of this research are evidenced by excerpts from the book that show the 4i Organizational Learning Model.
