Abstract

تم تقييم كفاءة بعض العقاقير المضادة للديدان المختلفة للمعدة والأمعاء فضلاً عن الديدان الرئوية التي تشمل قطيع من الأغنام المصاب طبيعيا في كلية الطب البيطري .وتمت عملية التقييم باتباع طريقة عد البيوض في البراز بعد العلاج لهذه الأغنام مقارنة بحيوانات السيطرة التي لم تعالج بالعقاقير طاردة الديدان . كانت الأغنام مصابة بديدان المعدة من نوع Chabertia ovina, Ostertagia spp Marshallagia marshalli إضافة إلى ديدان Moniezia expansa في قناتها الهضمية أما الديدان الرئوية فقد شملت Dictyocaulus filaria Protostrongylus spp , Muellerius capillaris وقد أثبتت كفائه العقاقير 90% و 63 .88 % و 62 .79% و 100% لكل من عقار Levamisole وIvomic و Tetramisole وعقار Albendazole على التوالي ضد أنواع ديدان المعدة والأمعاء وكانت كفاءة Albendazole بحدود 100% ضد .M.expansa كما لم تتأثر ديدان الرئة بعقار Levamisole
