Abstract

The potential of Decentralized Ledger Technology in Supply Chain Management has drawn more and more attention in recent years. This study explores how blockchain technology might improve supply chain operations' efficiency, security, traceability, and transparency. This study clarifies the various advantages that blockchain provides to supply chain stakeholders through qualitative research incorporating in-depth interviews (both in-person and via video conference) with 15 participants. The results highlight how blockchain technology has the power to transform established supply chain procedures, cut expenses, stop fraud, and guarantee that moral principles are followed.
