Abstract

Abstract We present two cases of vegetating exudative lesions involving the oral mucosa, in patients that are cocaine users, with findings in biopsy and in direct immunofluorescence consistent with the diagnosis of pyostomatitis vegetans–pyodermatitis vegetans.
