Abstract
SummaryLameness in the horse is one of the most common reasons a horse is seen by a veterinarian. As the foot is frequently the source of lameness, research utilising reversible methods of foot lameness induction is vital to improving knowledge in this area. This literature review aims to describe published methods of reversible foot lameness induction, identify any limitations and summarise research findings where these methods have been utilised.
