AbstractWe present a rare case of Pacinian corpuscle hyperplasia (PCH) presenting with typical finger pain in a 6‐year‐old girl. As appendages in children are smaller than those in adults, diagnostic criteria are needed for pathological confirmation of PCH in pediatric patients.
