Abstract
SUMMARYToxic hepatitis due to anaesthetic gas inhalation has been well documented, but hepatitis caused by inhalation of non‐halogenated hydrocarbons has not been reported. We present an acute case of occupational hepatitis due to chronic inhalation of propane and butane gases. (Int J Clin Pract 2003; 57(6): 546)
