Abstract
AbstractBleach baths are an important adjunct in the management of atopic dermatitis. However, many homes do not have bath tubs. We tried to overcome this by soaking a cotton pajama suit or Indian kurta pajama in dilute bleach solution and then having the child wear it for ten minutes. This is done two to three times a week, as in standard bleach tub baths. We have tried this technique in eleven patients with satisfactory outcomes and no adverse effects.
