Abstract

AbstractPulmonary vein isolation and left atrial posterior wall ablation using the Farapulse system, followed by left atrial appendage occlusion, have been achieved as single combined procedure to treat long‐standing persistent atrial fibrillation in a patient at high hemorrhagic risk.
