Abstract
The flux of low-energy positrons of radioactive origin in cosmic radiation has been estimated from collisions of the B, C, N, O, Na, Mg, Tr, Cr, Fe, Ni, Co, and Cu nuclei with protons of interstellar matter. The estimations are not compatible with a residual solar modulation of the form exp (−η/Rβ) (where η, R, and β are the modulation parameter, rigidity, and velocity, respectively) for the values of R smaller than ~0.3 BV.
