Abstract
We study the effect of nuclear structure on deep inelastic scattering, the EMC effect, in a quark cluster model. The cluster property is built in by increasing the MIT-bag radius for various nuclei that will be related to the two-body correlation function via a local density approximation. We show that we can well predict the experimental data and find that the cluster properties increase as we go from light nuclei to heavier ones.
