Abstract
Echthrogaleus disciarai sp.nov. (Siphonostomatoida: Pandaridae) is described from female and male specimens found on the pectoral fins of the devil ray Mobula lucasana in the Sea of Cortez. The maxillipeds of E. disciarai sp.nov. are particularly distinctive because of both their large relative size and their morphology.
